OKay fm is a non profit making online radio station, run by music lovers, streaming mainly old soul and northern soul music from classic labels such as OKeh and Ric-Tic. OKay fm houses a team of enthusiastic disc jockeys who are actually playing the records. OKay uses analogue equipment as used by famous American radio stations in the 60s and 70s. No attempt has been made to digitally alter the sound in any way or remove the original record scratches, but using modern high-fidelity pickups, OKay fm brings you the fabulous, original audio - just as it was intended!

About OKay fm - Internet Classic Soul Music Radio:
Soul music, northern soul music, Motown music, rare soul music, classic soul music... Music! Music! Music! That is our passion and what we're about. The founder of OKay fm - dee-jay Bill Black has been collecting records and deejaying for many, many years - half a lifetime in fact - over which time he has amassed a large collection of records encompassing several genres. The OKay dee-jays love music, records and playing records and unlike most internet radio stations, is the way they present their music to the listening public. OKay fm are delighted to be able to play you Motown music, rare soul music, classic soul music, soul music, northern soul music, and seventies soul music, streamed live over the internet, using the powers of modern technology!
